Welcome to Kep Province

Kep is Cambodia's smallest coastal province, known for its peaceful atmosphere, seafood, and natural beauty.

It covers about 336 km² with a population of around 41,798. Once a luxury seaside resort during the French colonial era, today Kep is a quiet destination where the forest meets the sea. It is now celebrated as a quiet, authentic getaway known for its fresh seafood, and relaxed pace of life.

Kep Beach

Kep Beach is calm, clean, and relaxing. The shallow water makes it safe for swimming, especially for families.

Visitors enjoy walking on soft white sand and watching beautiful sunsets where the sky turns orange and pink over the sea.

Angkul Beach

Angkul Beach is a hidden, quiet beach about 13-15 km from Kep town. It is less crowded and perfect for peaceful relaxation.

The long sandy shore, clear water, and beautiful sunsets make it a special natural escape.

Crab Market

The Kep Crab Market is the most famous attraction in Kep. It is a seaside market where fresh seafood—especially crab—is cooked and served immediately.

The most popular dish is crab cooked with Kampot pepper, a well-known Cambodian specialty.
